At BS Apparel, we strive to ensure that every purchase is a smooth and satisfying experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Sale items and products purchased during special promotions or events are eligible for exchange only.

Orders placed using a voucher code or promotional discount may be eligible for exchange or store voucher only.
Return & Exchange Process

Our customer support team will guide you through the process to ensure it is simple and hassle-free.
After Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the return is approved, customers may receive:

A replacement item (subject to availability), or

A voucher code valid for future purchases, issued for the value of the approved return.
Refunds
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or peak seasons.
